This is used behind almost all embroidered designs.

It is a MUST HAVE stabilizer.

The only exception where it is NOT used – is behind delicate fabric like georgette, chiffon, lace and netting, and is often not necessary on good quality towelling.

White – most popular – and used on Light colour fabric.

Black – used on Dark colour fabric.
