  1. Return Period 
    You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. 
  2. Eligibility for Returns 
    To be eligible for a return:
    – Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
    – Items must be in the original packaging.
    – Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation). 
  3. Non-Returnable Items 
    Certain items cannot be returned, including:
    – Embroidered Garments,
    – Worn or washed Garments 
  4. Return Process 
    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
    1. Contact our customer service team at info@embroiderytactics.co.za to request a return.
    2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
    3. Our team will provide instructions on how to return your item. 
  5. Shipping Costs 
    – Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective item).
    – Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  6. Refunds
    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

    If you need to exchange an item (Only non-Embroidered), please contact us at info@embroiderytactics.co.za Depending on availability, we will provide instructions for the exchange process.
